Turtle Cake

Ingredients
- 16 ice cream sandwiches
- 1 jar caramel ice cream topping
- 1 C. pecans, toasted and chopped
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 1 jar chocolate hot fudge topping (make sure it is hot)
Directions
Place 8 ice cream sandwiches in 9x13-inch pan. Spread caramel on top of sandwiches. Sprinkle 1/2 of pecans on top. Put the remaining sandwiches on top of the pecans and frost the whole cake with Cool Whip and top with the remaining nuts. Freeze.When ready to serve take out of freezer and let sit 5 minutes. Cut into serving pieces and top with hot fudge topping.
