Turtle Marshmallow Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C. chocolate wafers, crushed
- 2 Tbs. butter, melted
- 1 C. marshmallows
- 1 1/4 C. evaporated milk
- 1/2 gallon vanilla or butter pecan ice cream, softened
- 1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 C. caramel topping
- whipped cream
- pecan halves
Directions
Combine crushed wafers and butter. Press into a 10-inch pie plate. Melt marshmallows and chocolate chips with milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture coats a spoon. Cool. Place half of the ice cream in crust and freeze. Layer cooled chocolate mixture, the remaining ice cream, and the caramel topping, freezing after each layer is added. Remove pie from freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves.
