Tuscan Ham, Pepperoni And Veggie Pizza

- 1 (10 oz.) pizza crust
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ lb. ham
- ¼ C. pepperoni slices
- ½ C. black olives, sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 Tbs. oregano
- 1 handful of fresh spinach leaves
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a cooking sheet or pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray. Unroll dough and place on a floured counter top or hard surface. Roll out dough to make a circle about ¼ inch thick. Roll dough over on edges to form a crust. Brush pizza crust with olive oil. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for 3-4 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining ingredients, excluding spinach. Bake for additional 6-8 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. Garnish with spinach leaves and serve.
