Twice Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes, cooked
- 1 - 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2/3 C. sour cream
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1/4 C. milk
Directions
Mash the potatoes adding the milk and rest of ingredients. Put into baking dish and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until warm and ready to serve.
