Ultra Seafood Soup

Ingredients
- 8 clams with juice
- 4 oysters, cut into pieces, with juice
- 1/2 C. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbs. chopped parsley
- 4 anchovy fillets, cut into pieces
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 C. dry red wine
- 1 C. canned tomatoes
- 1/2 lb. cod fillet, cut into pieces
- 1 lobster tail, cut into pieces
- 1 sm. lobster, washed and cut into pieces with shell
- 1/2 lb. halibut, cut into pieces
- 1/2 lb. sole fillet, cut into pieces
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Place clams and oysters in a pan and heat until shells open. Cut oysters into pieces and strain juice of oysters and clams, reserving juice. Place olive oil and garlic in a large soup pan, add parsley, anchovies and pepper. Brown slowly and stir. Add wine and cook until it evaporates. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Add all the fish, clams, oysters, lobster and oyster and clam juice. Add salt and enough water to cover fish and cook for 30 minutes.
