  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 1 spring rosemary
  • 4 oz. bacon, diced
  • 4 cans of cannellini beans, drained
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 C. chicken stock
  • Extra:
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

In a skillet prepare the bacon. Let is cook until its browned. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on a plate. In the same skillet, sauté the white onion and garlic. Add in the chicken stock, rosemary, cannellini beans and garlic cloves. Let it simmer. Remove the rosemary and bay leaf. Crumble up the bacon. Top each serving with the crumbled bacon, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy.
