Unbelievably Delicious Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
Serving Size / Yield
- 12 mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 10 strips bacon, crumbled
Turn the oven to 350°.
Wipe the mushrooms with a damp towel and remove the stems. Set the caps aside and mince the stems.
In a pan, cook the garlic, mushroom stems and oil until tender. Cool and mix in the remaining ingredients. Season to taste and fill the mushroom caps.
Bake for 20 minutes.
