Unforgettable Chicken, Cheese and Mushroom Bake
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 lb rotisserie chicken, pulled and marinated
- 2 C. large mushrooms, cleaned
- 1 C. cheddar cheese, to melt
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Line bottom of your well-greased casserole dish with chicken. Top with a layer of mushrooms. Add in broth or chicken stock for additional flavor. Cook for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Add in melted cheese on top, cook for 5-7 more minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is fully cooked. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
