- 4 large oranges
- 1 1/2 C. grated unsweetened coconut
- 1 large papaya, peeled and sliced thin
- 2 C. blackberries or raspberries
- 3 large starfruit, sliced or kiwi fruit
- 1 1/2 C. pecan halves
- 1/4 C. liquid honey
Remove the skin, membranes and seeds from the oranges and slice them into 1/4" slices. In a large glass bowl, place a layer of orange slices in the bottom, add a layer of coconut, then a layer of papaya, then blackberries or raspberries, then starfruit and then pecans. Repeat the process until all the fruit has been used. Pour liquid honey over the pecans. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Spoon Ambrosia into serving goblets or a glass dish.
