These milk chocolate truffles are fabulous. You can’t even tell that they’re unsweetened. Add these to your Christmas platter.

Ingredients

  • 9 oz. chocolate chips
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1/3 C. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 C. unsweetened cocoa

Directions

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and the butter. Add in the heavy whipping cream and mix it thoroughly. Let it refrigerate for 6 hours. Pour in the cocoa into a separate bowl. Make the truffle by scooping the chocolate mixture in ball form. Place it into the cocoa to coat it. Place them into the refrigerator until you're ready to serve them.
