  • 2 C. fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1 C. walnuts
  • 1/2 C. milk chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 C. flour
  • 2 Tbs. butter

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Grease bottom of pie plate with cooking spray. Layer cranberries, sugar, walnuts and chocolate chips. In large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, flour and butter. Mix well and pour in pie plate. Bake for 1 hour. When removed from oven, immediately turn cake over plate and let it cool. If you desire, add whipped topping to cake.
