This dessert is made with raisins, rum and chocolate pudding. This is a simple dessert to make for Saint Patrick’s Day. Top it off with a scoop of ice cream!

  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup rum
  • 1 recipe cooled chocolate pudding
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

In a small saucepan, add the raisins and rum and bring it to a boil. Then remove the pan from the heat, cover it and set it aside until it is cool.
Remove the raisins from the rum, and reserve. Mix the rum into the cooled chocolate pudding. Garnish the pudding with the raisins.
Add ice cream to the pudding and serve!
