  • 2 packages vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar

In a medium bowl, mix the pudding mix, milk, and cream. Cover the bowl and put in the fridge to set. Meanwhile, bring the water and butter to a boil in a large pot. Stir in the salt and flour and once the mixture forms a ball transfer the ball to a big bowl. Beat the eggs in gradually. Put spoonfuls of the dough on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes at 425 degrees. Fill a pastry bag with the refrigerated mixture and pipe the filing into the puff shells. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
