These simple muffins are delicate and moist. They are great with coffee (for the grownups) or with milk (for the kids).

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 C.sugar
  • 1/2 C. softened butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 C, plain original Voskos
  • 3 Tbs. whole milk
  • 1 Tbs. vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Whisk butter and sugar together, then add egg mixture. Add Voskos, milk and vanilla.

Mix flour with baking soda and gradually add to liquid mixture, incorporating well.

Fill muffin tin cups almost full. Bake 20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Dust with powdered sugar and Enjoy!
