Veal Oregano
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. veal
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- flour
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1 med. onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 7-oz. bottle lemon lime soda
Directions
Dredge meat in flour, brown in butter on both sides. Remove meat from pan, add onions and mushrooms to pan drippings. Cook until slightly browned, add parsley, oregano and salt. Return meat to pan. Add soda, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Serve with noodles.
