Ingredients
- 1 lb. veal cutlet, cut thinly and pounded
- flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
- 1/4 C. corn oil margarine
- 1/4 C. marsala or sherry wine
- 2 C. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbs. chopped parsley
Directions
Dredge veal in seasoned flour. Sauté in margarine until golden brown on both sides. Add mushrooms and sauté with meat. When mushrooms are lightly browned, add wine and simmer about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately, pouring sauce in pan over meat.
