This cake isn't made with eggs, so even the strictest of vegans can eat this dessert!

Ingredients

  • 3 C. flour
  • 2 C. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 Tbs. cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbs. vinegar
  • 3/4 C. oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 C. water

Directions

Stir the entire mixture and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Frost as desired or dust with powdered sugar.
