Vegetable Casserole

One meal dish, great warm up for lunch, my husband and family love it. Easy to make great taste. People who don't eat meat great for them.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans vegetables, drained
  • 1 can bamboo shoots, drained
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 C. sharp grated cheese
  • 1 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Mix

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except herb mix. You may need to put more or less mayonnaise; we like it with more. Put in a baking dish then sprinkle herb mix, enough to cover the top. Bake 350 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes.
