  • 1 pizza dough, uncooked
  • 3 c. of basil
  • 2 c. of parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. of baby arugula
  • 1 c. of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped

Directions

Place basil, mozzarella and parmesan cheese in food processor and blend well. Press pizza dough in a deep dish. Top pizza dough with the mixture evenly, add tomatoes and onions. Bake pizza at the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. To serve, top with fresh baby arugula.
