  • 4-5 C. Salad Greens
  • 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper, stemmed, seeded, and chopped
  • 1 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper, stemmed, seeded, and chopped
  • 1 Medium Cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced
  • 1/2 C. Red Onion, sliced and chopped
  • 1/2 C. Radish, sliced
  • 1 Tbs. Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 1/4 C. Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbs. White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Prepared Mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
