Vegetable Gratin
Ingredients
- 1 lb. green vegetables of your choice
- 1/2 C. Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 C. fried onion pieces
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix Alfredo sauce with milk until blended, add vegetables, and toss to coat. Pour vegetable mixture into a buttered baking dish, cover dish with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with onions. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes and serve.
