Vegetable Medley

This creamy vegetable casserole goes well with a variety of dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag California blend vegetables, thawed
  • 1 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Can Cream of mushroom Soup
  • 8 oz. Sour Cream
  • 1 Small can of Mushrooms
  • 1 can of fried onions, crushed

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a casserole sprayed with PAM. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Then put the fried onions on top and bake for 15 minutes more uncovered.

Serves 6.
