  • 6 tomatoes
  • l medium onion
  • l green pepper

Chop onion and green pepper. Slice tomatoes. Butter thin slices of bread. Cover with slices of tomato. Cover tomato with chopped mixture. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cover with slices of bread.
