  • 1 large head of cabbage
  • 1 can of whole tomatoes
  • 2 cans of green beans
  • 7 carrots
  • 3 onions
  • 10 stalks of celery
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can of beef broth
  • 2 quarts of tomato juice

Begin by chopping the cabbage, carrots, onions, celery, and the bell pepper. Chop into small pieces. In a very large pot, pour all of the vegetables. Add the green beans and the can of whole tomatoes. Next pour the beef broth, tomato juice, and the onion soup mix in the pot. 
Bring the stew to a boil. Boil until the vegetables are tender. This should take around 2 hours. If there is too much, feel free to freeze half of the stew for another time.
