Vegetarian Chili
Ingredients
- 1 lb. "Harvest Burger for Recipes" crumbled
- 1/2 C. chopped onions
- 3 cans (16 oz) chili beans, undrained (Brooks)
- 2 cans (8 oz) tomato sauce (Hunts)
- 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies (Ole El Paso)
- 1 package (1.25 oz) taco seasoning (Ole El Paso)
- 1 package (1 oz) dry ranch dressing mix (Hidden Valley)
- 1 1/2 C. water
Directions
In a large pot sprayed with Pam, brown onions with Harvest Burger . Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes.
Makes 10 1 C. servings.
