Ingredients

  • 1 yellow squash, sliced
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 1/2 C. onions, chopped
  • 1/2 C. celery, chopped
  • 1 C. green onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 C. tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 C. Cream Of celery soup
  • 1/2 C. breadcrumbs
  • 1 C. American cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Sauté onion, celery and green onions until soft. Add tomatoes, soup, and bread crumbs. Mix with the squash. Place in a casserole. Top with cheese. Bake for 1/2 hr. at 350.
