These nachos are delicious and fun to make. These topping are great but feel free to choose your own. Homemade guac and some ground beef would be some great additions.

  • Bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 roma tomatoes, diced
  • ½ C. jalapeno pepper, seeded and sliced
  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced
  • ¼ C. sour cream
  • 1 C. salsa

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread the chips in a casserole dish or round pan. Sprinkle on cheese and veggies. Bake for about 7 minutes. Top with sour cream and salsa.
