Vegetarian Spring Rolls

Ingredients
- Wrap:
- 1 avocado
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 package of carrot sticks
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 package fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 head of fresh leaf lettuce
- 10 spring roll wraps
- Sauce:
- 3 or 4 Tbs. of fish sauce
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- Dash of ginger
- 1 tsp. crushed hot pepper flakes
- 1 dash siracha sauce
Directions
For sauce begin by mixing all ingredients in a small bowl. Lay spring roll wraps flat. Add the sauce and vegetables to each spring roll wrap and then roll up tightly.
