Ingredients

  • Wrap:
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 package of carrot sticks
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1 package fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 head of fresh leaf lettuce
  • 10 spring roll wraps
  • Sauce:
  • 3 or 4 Tbs. of fish sauce
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • Dash of ginger
  • 1 tsp. crushed hot pepper flakes
  • 1 dash siracha sauce

Directions

For sauce begin by mixing all ingredients in a small bowl. Lay spring roll wraps flat. Add the sauce and vegetables to each spring roll wrap and then roll up tightly.
