  • 2 butternut squash
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 500g pack minced lamb
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato purée
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 100g couscous
  • 100g goat's cheese or feta

Heat the grill to high. Place the squash on a baking sheet and drizzle on top olive oil. Cook each side for 15 minutes. In a pan, heat up the remaining oil and cook mined meat for 10 minutes, stirring in the rest of the ingredients. Once squash is ready, top it off with cheeses followed by the minced meat mixtures and more cheeses.
