  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cups of vegetable stock
  • 1 cup red kidney beans
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 ½ cup corn, thawed
  • 1/3 cup tomato puree
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • Salt
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 cups cabbage

Add onions, garlic and bell pepper in heated oil and cook till the onion is golden brown.

Add cabbage and cook for few minutes and put the chili powder and tomato puree inside and cook for 1 minute.

Add stock, chicken peas and beans into the mixture and let it boil for 30 minutes.

Put the corn into the final mixture and heat for some minutes until its tender
Serve with rice or sour cream
