  • 3 Tbs. refrigerated hummus
  • 5 Tbs. refrigerated steamed lentils
  • 1/4 C. chopped tomatoes
  • 1 small handful greens
  • 2 Tbs. plain yogurt
  • 1 wheat tortilla
