A finger food that can easily be turned into a meal. These mini flatbreads are great for sharing. The melted cheese and baked salami make the veggies flavorful and delicious!

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup salami slices
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 flatbread dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preheat the oven to 450F. Cut the dough into 6-8 rectangles. Drizzle the oil, spread the sauce, top with veggies and salami. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Serve warm.
