This dip is quick and easy and very tasty. Get creative with your veggies and offer a wide selection of choices.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 C. sharp cheddar cheese, granted
  • 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese, grated.

Directions

Combine all ingredients and chill for about 2 hours before serving. Serve with variety of fresh veggies such as broccoli florets, baby asparagus, celery and carrot sticks, cucumber slices and any other of your favorite veggies.

The Skinny: Use low fat yogurt, mayo and cheeses.
