Veggie Dip
Ingredients
- 1 C. plain yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1 C. sharp cheddar cheese, granted
- 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese, grated.
Directions
Combine all ingredients and chill for about 2 hours before serving. Serve with variety of fresh veggies such as broccoli florets, baby asparagus, celery and carrot sticks, cucumber slices and any other of your favorite veggies.
The Skinny: Use low fat yogurt, mayo and cheeses.
