  • 1 tsp. Ginger
  • 1 tsp. Garlic
  • 1 qt Oil to Fry
  • 2 tbsp. Flour
  • 2 tbsp. Water
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 Cup Chopped Bell Peppers
  • 2 oz. Shredded Carrots
  • 8 egg roll wrappers

Heat oil in a pan to medium-heat heat. While this heats combine flour and water in a small bowl. In a separate bowl mix the cabbage, carrots, ginger, garlic, and bell peppers. Lay the egg roll flat in front of you and lay 2 scoops of the veggie mixture on the roll. Fold it up and seal edges with water/flour paste. Place egg roll into the oil and fry until golden.
