  • 4 store-bought flatbreads
  • Olive oil, for drizzle
  • 3 C mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 C onion, chopped
  • 1 C grape tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 C shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 C basil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line a casserole dish with parchment paper. Place flatbread in dish and drizzle with olive oil.

Place 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on each flatbread. Add remaining ingredients.
