  • 8oz spaghetti noodle
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • ½ cup red baby bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 2 onions, diced
  • ¼ cup bean sprouts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup cabbage, finely chopped

Cook the noodles according to the box, drain and mix with sesame oil. Combine the hoisin and soy sauces in a small bowl and set aside. Heat ½ tablespoon of oil on a large skillet. Add mushrooms, carrot, pepper and onion. Cook stirring frequently for 3-4 minutes, or until tender. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute. Remove from skillet and set aside. Add the rest of the oil and add the noodles. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring often. Pour the hoisin mix into the skillet. Add the veggies, sprouts, cilantro and mix to combine well. Remove from heat and serve.
