  • 1 ½ C. potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 C. carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 C. celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ¼ C. water
  • ½ C. all-purpose flour
  • ¼ C. canola oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 ¼ C. baking mix
  • 2/3 C. milk

In your crockpot, combine vegetable broth, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
