  • 8 oz. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup baby squash
  • I cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves
