  • 1 lb. spinach, wilted slightly in a pan
  • 1 C. sun dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 head garlic, roasted and minced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • parmesan, to taste
  • red wine vinaigrette
  • pepperoni, sliced (if desired)
