  • 1 frozen pizza crust
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • ½ cup tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 cups chopped mushrooms
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 sliced bell pepper
  • 14 pitted sliced olives

Thaw the frozen pizza crust. In a bowl, combine the pureed tomatoes, tomato paste, and garlic. Spread the homemade sauce over the pizza crust. Sprinkle the cheese over the sauce and then top with vegetables. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees.
