Serving Size / Yield
- 2 pkgs. crescent rolls
- 4 Potatoes, peeled, boiled, and mashed
- 1/2 onion, sauteed
- 1/2 C. frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. Ginger, crushed
- 1 Tbs. ground coriander
- 1/4 C. cashews, chopped
- 1/4 C. raisins
- 1 Tbs. curry powder
- chili powder, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix everything except for the puff pastry together and set aside.
Open the crescent rolls, unroll the dough, and separate into four rectangles. Cut the rectangles in half crosswise so that they are squares.
Spoon the filling into each square and fold to make a triangle. Pinch the edges to seal.
Bake on greased cookie sheets for 10-15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Cool for 10 minutes prior to serving.
