Veggie Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 9 eggs
- 1/2 C. baby leaf spinach
- 1/2 C. broccoli
- 1/8 C. carrots
- 1/8 C. mushrooms
- 1/4 C. cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 C. Onions
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 C. cheese
Directions
Break open eggs in a large mixing bowl, put in salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix all together. Dice up all veggies, put them in tne same bowl, and mix. Put in fry pan and cook to scramble. When done scrambling top with cheese and melt.
