This is very good when you starting to feel sickly, and it is very good when it starts to get chilly.

Ingredients

  • 6 C. vegetable broth
  • 2 C. tomato juice
  • 1 C. peeled, diced potato
  • 1 C. chopped onion
  • 1 C. whole kernel corn
  • 1 C. green beans
  • 1 C. sliced carrots
  • 1/2 C. celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large pot, cover and bring to a boil. Let simmer for an hour.
