  • 2 eggs
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups frozen broccoli
  • 4 sliced green onions
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • ½ pound quartered mushrooms
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 minced cloves garlic

Mix the eggs, cream cheese, and mozzarella and cheddar cheese together in a large bowl. Then add the broccoli, mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes, and green onions. Stir the ingredients together. Unroll the crescent dinner roll dough and separate into 16 triangles. Spoon the veggie and cheese and herb mixture into the center of the dough triangles. Fold the triangles over the stuffing and bake for 40 minutes.
