Ingredients
- Turkey Breasts
- 4 medium turkey breasts
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium jalapeno, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tssp. fresh black pepper
- Thickening
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 1 Tbs. flour
- 1 C. chicken stock
- * you will need a strings to tie the turkey together

Directions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Butterfly your turkey breast and season them with the salt and pepper. In a saucepan, melt the butter on medium heat and slowly whisk in the flour. Once it thickens, slowly pur in the chicken stock until it thickens. Add in the veggies and continue to cook for about 5 minutes. Pour a spoonful of the filling into the inside of the turkey and tie it shut. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
