  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 2 Tbs. cheddar cheese spread
  • 2 Tbs. grated carrot
  • 6 fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried

Spread the cheese on the tortilla, almost up the edges. Sprinkle the grated carrot over it. Lay the spinach leaves evenly over the tortilla. Roll up, and cut in half.

Serve with: Purple Potato Chips
