  • 1 C. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 Tbs. plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 C. chopped apple
  • 1/4 C. chopped carrot
  • 2 Tbs. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbs. currants
  • 1 Tbs. toasted wheat germ
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Directions

Process first four ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.
