  • 4 beef steaks, cut in pieces
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 med. potatoes, boiled and sliced
  • 8 med. carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 C. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Sear meat in frying pan and top with salt and pepper. Turn and sear. Place in crockpot, along with other ingredients. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
