  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 C. milk
  • 1/3 C. tomato paste
  • 2 C. corn kernels
  • ¼ C. butter
  • 2 T. parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp. dried thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a baking pan. Set aside. Mix all of the ingredients together into a large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir the mixture well. Transfer mixture into the greased baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Garnish with desired toppings, such as sour cream and red pepper flakes.
