Try these appetizers on Valentine's Day. They're made for two.

Ingredients

  • 8 oysters
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp. caviar

Directions

Open oysters. Keep shells. Mix lemon juice, cayenne and caviar and spread thinly over each oyster. Close shells and serve on ice.
